Payments made for enabling or accessing Sport Bid's paid features are non-refundable.

Organizers should carefully review the tournament details, selected features, applicable charges, and payment amount before completing a transaction.
By clicking the payment or purchase button and completing the transaction, the organizer confirms that the information displayed before payment has been reviewed and accepted.
If an organizer believes that the same transaction has been charged more than once due to a technical or payment-processing error, the organizer may contact Sport Bid with the relevant transaction details.
Verified duplicate or erroneous transactions may be reviewed and handled appropriately.
If a payment fails or is declined and the payment amount is not successfully received by Sport Bid, no service activation will be considered completed based solely on the failed transaction.
If an amount has been debited from the organizer's account despite an unsuccessful transaction, the organizer should contact Sport Bid with the payment transaction details so that the transaction can be investigated.
Sport Bid makes reasonable efforts to keep its services and premium features available. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
